Rivers and Clouds 2016 Smoked Honey Black is the slightly smoked version of our Roasted Honey Black, made of the same leaves from 800 years old semi-wild trees on our plantation in Pu’er, Yunnan.

It’s smoky but mild, a little sweet with a full, wooden body, a beautiful Dianhong for everybody loving a mildly smoked Lapsang Souchong, a Qimen black or a good English breakfast tea.

It also is a tea you can’t mess up. Even though gongfu style brewing our Smoked Honey Black is still quite rewarding, it never gets bitter, is not too sensitive to water temperature and is a great brew for your big old English style teapot.
